1. Say hello - greet people as they come in.
   • Have you been here before? Would you like a tour?
   • Find someone to give them a tour.
2. Answer questions.
3. Know what happens at the Sign-In Desk. At the Sign-In desk you can:
   • Sign in.
   • Donate money to Procession. (Earthbound Productions is a federal non-profit organization totally dependent on your funds to operate. Washington state employees may donate through the Combined Fund Drive, catalog No. 476-000.)
   • Register to be in the Procession. (Remember to bring Registration fee of two cans of food per person on the day of the Procession. Give to Thurston County Food Bank van at Registration table.)
   • Fill out a lime green sheet to Volunteer.
   • Sign up for a time to staff the Studio on the White Board Schedule.
   • Get a workshop schedule.
   • See list of workshops by day.
   • Look at any workshop changes or additions.
