Procession Studio Load-in & Set-up - Take 2!

A lot of load-in happened March 7 thanks to many helping hands (THANK YOU!). However, there’s more to do so more trucks and helpers are needed on March 14:

10AM to 2PM
Load up at the Tumwater Brewery Warehouse

10AM to 2PM 
Set up at the Procession Art Studio, 509 E 4th Ave, Olympia
(The former Orca Bookstore and Johansen Olympia Dance Center)

WHO CREATES THE PROCESSION?

Over 100 community volunteers create and produce the Procession. You can join any effort at any time, for as long as you like!  Future processions always need help - please contact Eli Sterling at olympiaprocecession@gmail.com if you have expertise in any of the following areas:

  • Art, music, and dance workshops

  • Community Art Studio staff and committee
