2026 Luminary Procession

The Luminary Procession begins at 8:30 pm.

Registration is not required for the Luminary Procession.

Below is the schedule for the Production Crew on the day of the Luminary Procession. Feel free to jump in and help anytime if you want!

4:30 pm – At the Art Studio, load-up studio luminaries, tables, signage, banners
5:30 pm – Locate truck between 4th & 5th Avenue on Washington Street in west alley
6:00 pm – Enjoy Arts Walk
7:00 pm – Pick-up personal luminaries from Art Studio and Art Studio closes
7:30 pm – Unload truck, set-up tables, assemble luminaries for handing out with assigned numbers.
8:00 - Public assembles for Procession, luminaries handed out, tables and signage returned to truck
8:30 pm – Luminary Procession begins on Washington & 4th
9:15 pm – Luminary Procession arrives at Sylvester Park
9:45 pm – Luminary Pageant concludes and processes back to starting site; luminaries collected and returned to truck
10:00 pm - Art studio re-opens
